By using enderway.com or booking a walkthrough, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or order will govern any paid website or hosting work.

The public site describes our offer. Examples and product mockups are illustrative (including fictional brands). They are not a client portfolio and not a guarantee of a particular design or lead volume.

Walkthroughs are free and without obligation. Quotes for Launch, Care, or Network work are confirmed in writing before you pay.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us (brand, services, legal claims on your site). We are not a law firm; privacy, licensing, and advertising rules for your industry remain yours to follow.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website. Paid work is covered by the agreement we sign with you.
